It’s planting pili trees for Senator Cynthia Villar: Realizing the importance of trees to the environment and lives of our people, Senator Cynthia A. Villar leads the planting of pili trees during the closing ceremony of Pili Festival 2018 at the City hall grounds, San Isidro, Bacon district, Sorsogon City. Aside from being a source of clean and healthy air, Villar says the fruits of the pili trees is a source of income to communities. The senator, chairperson of the Senate committees on agriculture and food and the environment, has been pushing for legislations for agri growth and maintaining a healthy environment.
