EMPOWERING WOMEN: Sen. Cynthia A. Villar cites the need to empower our women by providing them economic empowerment through livelihood programs. In this way, she said our women can help address the needs of the family and help educate their children. The senator was the guest speaker in the 5th Anniversary celebration of the Women’s Rights Movement of the Philippines (WRMP) and Advancing Women’s Right in Action Association, INC. (AWRIA) and Induction of its Officers for 2015-2017 at Club Filipino in Greenhills, San Juan.
