DRILON INITIALIZES CONSOLIDATION AND CANVASSING SYSTEM: Senate President Franklin M. Drilon initializes the Consolidation and Canvassing System (CCS) machine that will be used to receive the Certificates of Canvass (CoCs) from the Provincial and City Board of Canvassers.
