FARIÑAS: “I’M SORRY”: Rep. Rodolfo Fariñas, a member of the prosecution panel, apologizes to Sen. Ramon “Bong” Revilla, Jr. for any offense he might had caused the latter when he cited him as an example to point out that any lawmaker can be booted out from office by a majority vote from his colleagues. “I apologize to Hon. Bong Revilla. I just used his name to make a point, that any lawmaker can be booted out by 1/3 of the votes of his colleagues. I meant no harm,” Fariñas said Wednesday.
