SENATE HONORS AWARDED SPEECHWRITER: Senate President Manny Villar hands over the Senate commendation to Dr. Ramona Bustamante-Rañeses for winning the World Speech Competition held in Indiana, USA during the 37th World Convention of the Women’s Christian Temperance Union.
