BUDGET BREAKTHROUGH ACHIEVED: In a press briefing, Sen. Franklin M. Drilon announced today that the Bicameral Conference Committee has broken the deadlock on the proposed P1.126 trillion national budget for this year. Drilon expressed confidence that the budget bill can be presented for the Presidents signature before Congress adjourns on February 10.
