1. Recent survey results on senatorial candidates:

We recognize where we are taking off in this campaign. It is a battle with meager resources and against the giants. But we are buoyed by the support of the people that we are seeing in the first few days of the campaign. We will continue to work hard knowing we are fighting the good fight.

2. Coco levy bill veto:

That's why it's crucial for the Otso Diretso candidates to win. Access and control over the billions of pesos in coco levy fund in cash and assets must be given to the coconut farmers who toiled and paid for them. The Supreme Court said so, and more importantly the coconut farmers have fought so. They have won legally, but not yet in our legislature. Otso Diretso candidates Gary Alejano, Bam Aquino, Chel Diokno, Pilo Hilbay, Erin Tañada have in various capacities worked to right this continuing injustice to our farmers.
