MARCOS CAMP DECRIES ANOTHER 'BLACK PROPAGANDA'

The camp of vice presidential candidate Senator Ferdinand "Bongbong" R. Marcos Jr. today decried as another black propaganda reports that they have authorized some groups to solicit funds from the public in exchange for various incentives.

Abakada Partylist Rep. Jonathan dela Cruz, campaign adviser of Senator Marcos, said they have not authorized anyone or any group to seek contributions in behalf of the senator or the Marcos Foundation.

"This is a notice to the public that no one in the Bongbong Marcos (BBM) for Vice President Campaign is authorized nor has authorized anybody to solicit funds or contributions from the public in the name of BBM or the Marcos Foundation in exchange for all kinds of incentives," Dela Cruz said.

He said the public should report to authorities anyone who tries to solicit funds in the name of BBM or the Marcos Foundation. "Anybody claiming to represent us should be denounced and reported to the authorities as this is once again part of the black operations and demolition drive launched against BBM," he said.

Dela Cruz then made a call to the public "to be vigilant against unscrupulous individuals and groups, especially now at the height of the campaign season."
