Marcos forges ahead with his call for Unity

CAVITE Vice Governor Jolo Revilla has joined the "Unity Caravan" of Senator Ferdinand "Bongbong" R. Marcos Jr. and endorsed the senator's vice presidential candidacy to his constituents.

Marcos on Saturday brought his vice presidential campaign, anchored on his crusade for national unity, to Cavite, one of the most vote-rich provinces, with Revilla by his side in the motorcade that traversed Silang, Dasmariñas, Trece Martirez, Tanza, and Imus.

In a short stop at Brgy. San Francisco, Dasmariñas, Revilla said the people of Cavite should support Marcos in his bid for the vice presidency as he is the one who has a genuine heart in fighting for the truth, progress and well-being of the Filipino people.

"Ang magpapaunlad at magpapaganda ng ating bansa, wala pong iba kundi ang susunod na Bise Presidente ng Pilipinas, Vice President Bongbong Marcos," Revilla said in introducing the senator.

Marcos was thankful to the Caviteños for the warm welcome he received as he expressed gratitude to Revilla for his endorsement and support.

He urged the people of Cavite to embrace his advocacy for unity, saying only a united Filipino people as one nation can the Philippines rise above its present predicament.

"Ako ay nag-iikot sa iba't-ibang lugar hindi lamang para ikampanya ang aking kandidatura para bise presidente kundi upang hikayatin din ang ating mga kababayan na kumilos para magkaisa ang lahat ng mga Pilipino. Samahan ninyo ako sa kilusang ito," he said.
