MIRIAM-BONGBONG TEAM BARES SENATORIAL LINE UP

The tandem of Senators Miriam Defensor Santiago and Ferdinand "Bongbong" R. Marcos Jr. today revealed their senatorial line up for the May 2016 elections.

Included in the slate up are former Energy Secretary Jericho Petilla, Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) advocate Susan Ople, former Metro Manila Development Authority Chairman Francis Tolentino, former Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) Director General Joel Villanueva, former Armed Forces Chief of Staff and Director General of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) Dionisio Santiago and actor and television host Edu Manzano.

Completing the list are Senator Ralph Recto, Leyte Rep. Martin Romualdez, Saranggani Rep. Manny Pacquiao and Manila Vice Mayor Francisco "Isko" Moreno.

They are set to be introduced during the Youth for Miriam launch tomorrow, Sunday February 14 at the Ynares Sports Arena in Pasig City.

Santiago and Marcos are expected to attend and address the group at 6:30 p.m.

Meanwhile, Marcos paid a courtesy call to Catholic Bishops' Conference of the Philippines (CBCP) President Archbishop Socrates Villegas at the Archbishops' Office in Dagupan City at the continuation of his "Unity Caravan" in Pangasinan today.

After the closed-door meeting with Villegas, Marcos said they did not talk about politics. "We talked about everything under the sun but not politics," Marcos said.
