Q: On Mejorada's latest allegation

Again, he's a dud, because the P200 million is the contribution of Tieza in the building, and in fact, the P200 million has not been used. That is for the second phase, for the finishing. The first phase, the first phase is about to be finished. From the information that I gather from the local media in Iloilo, the DPWH is about to bid out the second phase using the P200 million that was mentioned in the Deed of Donation, which is the contribution of Tieza for the construction of the convention. That is not the total cost of the building. Nothing in the Deed of Donation that says that that is the total cost of the building. Iyon ba ay bibigyan pa natin ng pansin? He's a dud.

Q: Invalid raw yung pirma ni Tourism Secretary dahil wala raw siyang authority?

SPFMD: There is a presumption of validity. It is valid. Let him question it before the court.

Q: Mali siya ng intindi sir?

SPFMD: Siguro ganoon nga.

SPFMD: This gives credence to the views of a number of senators that we should vet naman the testimony. Like this one, this is so obvious that it is based on a misunderstanding.
