Licuanan, also a member of the delegation, a copy of the art catalogue Philippines: Archipel des Echanges (Philippines: Archipelago of Exchanges).

This catalogue documents all the art works exhibited during the highly successful run of the exhibit Philippines: Archipel des Echanges at the Musée du Quai Branly from 9 April to 14 July 2013. The historic and unprecedented exhibition, which was inaugurated by Philippine Vice President Jejomar C. Ambassador Ortega expressed appreciation to Senator Legarda extolling this gesture as further advancing Philippine interests in France at the same time inspiring Filipinos to be proud of the cultural heritage.
