Q: Your resignation means you will not accept any post in the merger?

It's not for me to decide. It is not for me to decide who will be chosen for whichever position of the newly unified party. It be the decision or it will be a combine decision of the two parties tomorrow pag merge po namin. Gusto ko lang sana mabigyan ng clean slate ang magiging president ng partido. Para makapili siya kung sino ang magiging sec-gen niya, kung sino ang kanyang magiging vice president, senior vice president, nasa kanila na po iyan. And nag- resign na si Speaker Boy Nograles, noong nakaraang buwan or three months ago, and I want to follow suit bago magkaroon ng final merger bukas para sa ganoon ay bahala na sila kung sino ang gusto nilang piliin para sa mga posisyon na ito.

Ang mga namuno sa merger committee ang paniwala nila ay dapat maguupisa iyong merger from the top down muna bago pababa. I respect their decision. I am a loyal party member, wala akong balak umalis sa partido since 1998. I will remain a loyal member of Lakas-CMD. Right now I am happy as a mere voting member. At least sa tingin ko nakatulong naman ako sa pagdevelop ng mga ideas at principles ng Lakas party the last three years. I wish them well.

Q: Iringan sa ibaba with this merger..

Medyo madugo pa sa ibaba. They will resolve issues, like Surigao, and several other provinces wherein governors and congressmen are also at odds with each other. Marami ang mga probinsya na ganoon ang senaryo --I wish them well, the luck.

Not a done deal, we shuld not count out yet si Teodoro, malalaman natin bukas kung seryoso si VP de Castro, si Puno naman sa VP seryoso din... may mga party conventions pa iyan, may mga proseso...sana by July tapos na after o before the SONA may idea na kung sino ang standard bearer...

Madami pa naman, Bayani Fernando, interested, marami pa.. with this new....it is a formidable party..

Obsolutely, the problem with VP de Castro and Teodoro they are not member of either Lakas-Kampi, bukas baka ma-convince natin sila na mag take oath

Ayaw ng mga lider sa itaas, ako ang napapagalitan kaya maybe I can speak as a member not a secretary general.. as a member I can share my dreams, wishes, hopes ...

Q: Winnable sa party y pick outsiders..

It all depends.. winnability, leadership is another--winnability is not everything, u have to remember in 2004 si PGMA nasa bottom and yet she was able to cope it up-in 1992 it was a toss up FVR was number 3 or 4, it is not winnability alone that can spell ... may mga debates pa--yung hindi sumali wag natin pansinin..

Masyado tayong busy sa Senate, di ko siya nakakausap dapat si Gabby Claudio.

Q: May mga complaints ang ilang liders na inisnab ni Noli?

Wala akong naririnig, bnasta Im dealing with my suggestion..kanya-kanyang style of leadership I wish them all the luck. After the convention pag nakapili na ng presidente usually siya ang namimili ng Vice President o pwede din na collective ang desisyon--tulad niyan ininsist ni Bayani na maging presidente..kaya nga may proseso let the leaders decide ...

Q: Teodoro Puno tandem...

For me it stand for law and order, peace and order a good tandem,..Noli -Teodoro pwede din... hintayin natin ang June Survery.
