WHO's WHO?

The Committee report is the responsibility of the Committee and the Chairman. The chairman should do it because he enjoys the trust and confidence of the majority. I was not able to wrap to wrap up the investigation due to sudden change of Senate leadership in November last year.

Senator Gordon Should take the responsibility in preparing the report and I am willing to help him. He should also continue the investigations into other issues like fertilizer fund scam, the alleged bribery of congressmen and local officials in the Palace and other pending before the committee.

Former Speaker Jose De Venecia Jr. could still be invited because of his possible knowledge of President Arroyo's participation in the NBN ZTE deal. We had one more hearing (when the Senate coup occurred) and we have Speaker Jose De Venecia as a resource person.

We owe it to the people to get to the bottom of it. I don't understand why Sen. Gordon and Sen. Lacson are asking me about the report when Sen. Gordon had taken over the Committee.

If the majority completes the investigation and issues a report, the minority would support it if we are satisfied with the findings.
