KIKO HITS PULIDO'S IMPEACHMENT CASE VS. PGMA
"Hindi tayo papayag sa ganitong maneobra!"

Senate Majority Leader Kiko Pangilinan today dismissed insinuations that Senate must stop its hearings in aid of legislation on the controversial NBN ZTE deal after Atty. Roel Pulido filed an impeachment complaint in the House of Representatives last Friday.

Opposition lawmakers believe the impeachment case filed by Pulido and endorsed by administration ally Rep. Edgar San Luis of Laguna is meant to insulate the President from a more serious impeachment complaint, as no two impeachment complaints may be heard within the same year.
