NACIONALISTAS TURN ENTREPRENEURSHIP GURUS
Villar to lead Nacionalistas in pep talk with the youth in Sikat ang Pinoy forum

Senate President Manny Villar, President of the Nacionalista Party (NP), spearheads NP members in holding a dialogue with the youth through a forum focused primarily on entrepreneurship but interspersed with development of leadership skills as well as sense of nationalism.

"We have always deemed it worthwhile to regularly do something for the youth, whether in the form of a forum or a youth camp. We want to help in shaping the principles, ideologies, competencies and skills of the future leaders of the country," says Villar.

Dubbed as Sikat ang Pinoy forum, the NP event will be held today at the Trade Hall of Starmall EDSA between 1 and 5pm. Villar will be the guest speaker. Other NP members will also participate in the forum. These are Rep. Gilbert Remulla who will talk about media exposure and advantage and Rep. Alan Peter Cayetano who will discuss good governance. Rep. Timmy Chipeco will be the moderator in the open forum.

Villar adds, "Through the eSikat and Pinoy forum, we want to encourage the youth to venture into businesses and be enterprising. We will present to them the realities and prospects in the business world today. And to make the forum well-rounded, we will also tackle topics of national interest such as good governance and media matters."

Noted businessmen and entrepreneurs will share their success stories and provide business tips to the youth-participants. Restaurateur Martin Lorenzo, Chairman of Pancake House Inc., Teriyaki Boy and Dencio's will talk about business franchising. Professor and Entrepreneur Francisco Bernardo III will talk about entrepreneurship.
