SEN. MADRIGAL CALLS GMA THE LOSING TYRANT

As a victim of the calibrated pre-emptive response policy (CPR) of Mrs. Arroyo during the 14 October 2005 water cannon incident, I commend the Supreme Court for declaring its unconstitutionality. Mrs. Arroyo has only herself to blame for her tyrannical policy. She is a tyrant on the losing streak. Strike 2 for GMA! The civil liberties of our people should never be sacrificed for political survival. I encourage our people to remain vigilant against a losing tyrant.
