Press statement of Sen. Jamby Madrigal

I will not engage in a personal; debate with Senator Enrile. He makes all issues too personal particularly martial law and San Jose Timber. As a member of the Senate, I have never raised personal issues to my advantage. I feel he is just shadow boxing. I continue to respect him because of his advance age. My conscience is clear and I hope that, history will be kind to him. I pray for his enlightenment.
