Ensure proper billing statement of distribution utilities: Sen. Nancy Binay asks Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) Chairperson and Chief Executive Officer Agnes Devanadera to ensure that all power distribution utilities (DUs) in the country will fully explain the amount being charged to their respective consumers as indicated in their monthly billing statement.
