SENATE BILL 448: Sen. Ramon Bong Revilla, Jr., Chairman of the Senate Committee on Public Information and Mass Media, sponsored today Senate Bill 448 which prohibits the use of words denoting religious, regional or ethnic affiliation in print and broadcast media to describe persons suspected of or convicted for a crime or unlawful act.

Meanwhile, Senator Zubiri and Senator Pacquiao threw their hat of support and asked Revilla for them to be allowed to co-sponsor to the proposed measure, which Revilla gladly accepted.
