Villar joins CESO ComPASSION: As part of the CESO ComPASSION in line with the 45th Founding Anniversary of the Career Executive Service Board (CESB), Sen. Cynthia A. Villar leads DENR career executive officers and eligibles in their series of activities at Las Pinas Paranaque Wetland Park. Aside from the clean-up and tree-planting activities, they also had a tour and bird watching at the critical habitat included in the Ramsar List of “Wetlands of International Importance” in March 15, 2013.Villar also reminds the participants to put more heart and integrity in their service to the government.
