Ernesto Adobo Jr., the accomplishment of the inter-agency task force on the rehabilitation of Boracay Island more than 60 days before the planned re-opening of the country's premier tourist destination. Villar said she is disappointed to learn that the problem of wastewater disposal was not yet solved and that only 30% of establishments have complied with the requirements imposed by the task force.
