Public hearing: Senator Nancy Binay on Thursday attended the public hearing on the Universal Health Care bill in Lingayen, Pangasinan. Binay pushed for the modernization of barangay health units and improved primary healthcare facilities. She was joined by Senator JV Ejercito, Senator Joel Villanueva,Pangasinan Governor Amado Espino III and Vice Governor Jose Ferdinand Calimlim Jr.
