Sen. Cynthia A. Villar leads urban veggie farm launch: Sen. Cynthia A. Villar leads the ceremonial transplanting of veggies during the launch of the training on urban vegetable farming at the Villar SIPAG Farm School in Bacoor City. The project is in partnership with Allied Botanical Corporation (ABC). The senator, chair of the Senate agriculture and food committee, was also joined by representatives from ABC and participants- farmers and farm enthusiasts and hobbyists— from Las Pinas, Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, Quezon and nearby cities of Metro Manila.
