Cebu: Akbayan Senator Risa Hontiveros on Thursday led the groundbreaking of a 200-bed hospital to be constructed in Bogo City, Cebu. The 230 million-peso medical facility will be funded by the national government, 200 million pesos of which will be allocated from the Senate and the remaining 30 million pesos allocated from the Department of Health (DOH).
