SEN. CYNTHIA A. VILLAR AT THE AGRI-FISHERIES MECHANIZATION LAUNCH: Sen. Cynthia Villar was the keynote speaker in the opening ceremonies of the National Forum on the Implementation of Agricultural & Biosystems Engineering & Mechanization Regulations at Century Park Hotel in Manila. The Training Regulations (TRs) for the agri-fisheries mechanization was also launched in the said event. As chairperson of the Senate agriculture and food committee, Villar supports mechanization efforts to make farmers and fisherfolks more competitive and successful in their undertaking.
