LEYTE: Senate President Aquilino "Koko" PImentel III, President of the Partido Demokratiko Pilipino - Lakas ng Bayan (PDP Laban) on Saturday, November 18, 2017, led the oath-taking of 3,000 new members of the ruling party in Leyte Province. Among those who took their oath in the Eastern Visayas Region were Leyte Governor Leopoldo Dominic Petilla, Samar Governor Sharee Ann Tan, Southern Leyte Governor Christopherson Yap, Biliran Governor Gerardo Espina, Jr., Leyte Vice Governor Carlo Loreto and Representatives Henry Ong (Leyte, 2nd District) and Vicente "Ching" Veloso (Leyte, 3rd District).
