OPENING OF HIBLA IN LONDON: Senator Loren Legarda, herself donning an embroidered piña blouse, presenting detailed embroidery work put into Filipino clothing and textiles. Legarda, patron of the Hibla gallery at the National Museum of the Philippines, led the opening of the Hibla ng Lahing Filipino Travelling Exhibition at the Philippine Embassy in London.
