OPENING OF HIBLA IN LONDON: Senator Loren Legarda addressing the guests of the Hibla ng Lahing Filipino Travelling Exhibition at the Philippine Embassy in London. Legarda is the patron of the Hibla gallery at the National Museum of Anthropology in the Philippines.
