OPENING OF HIBLA IN LONDON: Senator Loren Legarda welcomes guests at the opening of the first Hibla ng Lahing Filipino Travelling Exhibition at the Philippine Embassy in London. In her speech, she recalled how the Hibla ng Lahing Filipino, her brainchild, started in 2012 as a permanent textile gallery at the National Museum of Anthropology in the Philippines, and now being exhibited in London and eventually in other countries.
