VILLAR DA BUDGET APPROVED AT COMMITTEE LEVEL: Sen. Cynthia Villar, sitting as chair of Finance Subcommittee B, has approved the proposed P60-billion budget of the Department of Agriculture for next year. Villar as chair of the Committee on Agriculture and Food, will defend DA's budget during plenary debates.
