HONTIVEROS HEARS TEENAGE PREGNANCY BILL: Akbayan Senator Risa Hontiveros, chair of the Senate Committee on Women, Children, Family Relations and Gender Equality, presides over a hearing, Tuesday, August 22, 2017, looking into the development of a national program of action and investment plan for the prevention of teenage pregnancy in the country.
