ZUBIRI AT CENTRAL PHILIPPINES UNIVERSITY IN JARO, ILOILO CITY: Senator Juan Miguel F. Zubiri joins the participants of the First National Red Cross Youth Advisors and School Heads Conference recently in Central Philippine University in Jaro, Iloilo City. Zubiri, currently the Vice-Chairman of the Philippine Red Cross spoke on the conference theme Sharing Light in Empowering the Youth and the Community. He is a long-time volunteer, a certified rescue diver and first-aider.
