RATING THE SENATE: Senate Majority Leader Vicente “Tito” Sotto III says he is satisfied with the performance of the Senate during its first regular session as it passed laws to uplift the standard of living of the people and improve the economy of the nation. “You can see the Senate’s accomplishment for the first regular session by the bills passed by both Houses.
