ZUBIRI KEYNOTES COOPERATIVES LEADERS CONGRESS: Sen. Juan Miguel F. Zubiri, Chairman of the Committee on Cooperatives, receives a token of appreciation from the MASS-SPEC Cooperative Development Center, the oldest and largest regional federation of cooperatives in the country, during the 48th Cooperatives Leaders Congress in General Santos City recently. Handing over the token is Dr. Evelia R. Sator, Chairperson of the Tagum Cooperative. Beside Senator Zubiri is Representative Sabiniano Canama of the Coop-NATCO Party List.
