VILLANUEVA TALKS TO MEDIA: Senator Joel Villanueva on Monday, November 14, 2016, tells media that he is confident that justice will be served even after Ombudsman Conchita Carpio-Morales ordered his dismissal from public service for his alleged anomalous use of pork barrel funds when he was still a congressman. “This is an old case when I was a representative of CIBAC (Citizen’s Battle Against Corruption) in Congress.
