BUILDERS HELP BUILD LIVES: Senator Richard J. Gordon, concurrent Philippine Red Cross (PRC) Chairman and CEO, received a check donation of almost P.5-million from the Philippine Constructors Association, Inc. (PCA) to help the PRC alleviate human suffering and uplift human dignity. During the visit to the senator’s office last Tuesday, November 8, 2016, the PCA group was led by Delfin J. Wenceslao, Jr. (at Gordon’s right), PCA’s immediate past president. With him were: (from Gordon’s left) Ibarra G. Paulino, executive director; Gwendolyn C. Cua, 2nd vice president; and Francisco B. Gonzales, Jr. Last year, the PCA formally entered into an agreement with the PRC wherein the humanitarian organization can tap the members of the PCA to help the former provide humanitarian assistance during disasters.
