ELECTORAL REFORMS: Senate Committee on Electoral Reforms and People’s Participation Chairperson and Senator Leila de Lima discusses the various bills on electoral reforms such as the proposed Local Absentee Voting Act (Senate Bills No. 1111, No. 301) during a committee hearing on Tuesday, November 08, 2016.
