LIVELIHOOD PROJECTS: Senator Cynthia A. Villar, chairperson of the Senate Committee on Social Justice, Welfare and Rural Development, joins the Villar SIPAG and other government agencies to give livelihood projects to Baseco residents. They conducted the regular cleaning at Gasangan, Barangay 649, Baseco, Manila and the planting of mangrove for the community to fight floodings and storm surges. The senator, also chairman of the Senate Committee on Environment, cited the need to preserve and protect our environment.
