HONTIVEROS BATS FOR ALTERNATIVE MINERALS MANAGEMENT: Senator Risa Hontiveros joins a rally with community leaders and members of anti-mining group Alyansa Tigil Mina (ATM) to the Senate on Thursday, August 25, 2016, to push for the passage of the Alternative Minerals Management Bill (AMMB).
