MANGROVE PLANTING AND CLEAN UP: Sen. Cynthia Villar on Monday led the planting of mangrove seedlings along the coast of Manila Bay in Baseco Compound, Tondo. The chair of the Senate Committee on Environment and Natural Resources adopted a street in Gasangan and has been conducting livelihood training, tree-planting, and clean up activities in the area. Recently, Villar SIPAG (Social Institute for Poverty Alleviation and Governance) partnered with SM Foundation and Macondray Plastics and trained residents on urban gardening.
