UNVEILING OF QUIRINO MEMORIAL IN TOKYO, JAPAN: Senate President Franklin M. Drilon joins the family of late President Elpidio Quirino in the unveiling of the memorial to the late President at the Hibiya Park in Tokyo, Japan last June 18, 2016.
