BALIKBAYAN BOX CONTROVERSY: Appearing for the first time as Kapihan sa Senado guest, Senator Sonny Angara, Senate Ways and Means Committee chair, expresses his opinion on the random inspection of balikbayan boxes conducted by the Bureau of Customs (BOC).
