SENATE HEARING ON FARM TOURISM: Senator Cynthia A. Villar, chair of the Senate Committee on Agriculture and Food, is pushing to give tax incentives and exemptions to professionals, operators and other stakeholders engaged in farm tourism to promote the industry.
