K-12 PROGRAM: Senator Pia Cayetano, chair of the Senate Committee on Education, Arts and Culture, questions Commissioner Cynthia Rose Bautista of the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) on the readiness of the government to fully implement the K to 12 Program during a Senate hearing, Tuesday, April 14, 2015. “I believe it has to be implemented. It’s just a question of when the K to 12 will be implemented. We have implemented changes in the past that proved to be beneficial. My question is, are we ready to implement such change?
