INQUIRY BY THE COMMITTEE ON JUSTICE AND HUMAN RIGHTS: Sen. Aquilino “Koko” Pimentel, chair of the Senate Committee on Justice and Human Rights, heads a Senate inquiry on the circumstances leading to the release of Lynch Morris, a 78 year-old British national, who was arrested for allegedly sexually abusing a six-year old girl in Tarlac last year.
