PLASTIC CHAIRS: Senator Cynthia A. Villar gave ‘sturdy and durable’ plastic school chairs to Upper Bicutan National High in Bicutan, Taguig. The school chairs were from recycled waste plastics, which were made in Las Piñas Waste Plastics Recycling Factory, as part of the senator’s livelihood enterprises. The senator has been distributing school chairs to various schools in Metro Manila and in other parts of the country.
