TOKEN OF APPRECIATION: Chairman of the Senate Committee on Health Senator Teofisto “TG” Guingona III receives a token of appreciation from doctors and staff of the Philippine Children’s Medical Center (PCMC) after the settlement of the dispute on the PCMC-occupied lot.

Through the help of the Senate Committee on Health, the Department of Justice issued its legal opinion on the matter, affirming DOH’s ownership over the PCMC-occupied lot, subject to the proper compensation to the National Housing Authority.
