BICAM APPROVES 2015 NATIONAL BUDGET: The congressional bicameral conference committee has approved the proposed P2.606 trillion 2015 national budget Wednesday, December 10, 2014. Sen. Chiz Escudero (center), chair of the Senate Committee on Finance, said the bicameral committee made a total of P72.542 billion worth of realignments in the proposed budget. He said the realigned budget will go to a rehabilitation fund for calamity-stricken communities and the rehabilitation of the MRT-3, among others.
