CHILDREN’S RIGHTS: Senate President Franklin M. Drilon and Senator Pia Cayetano, an advocate of children's rights, lead the opening of an exhibit showcasing selected photo entries from children across the country, located at the second floor hallway of the Philippine Senate. The exhibit, sponsored by the Office of Cayetano, was organized by the Child Rights Network (CRN) and the Council for the Welfare of Children (CWC), in celebration of the 25th anniversary of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child.
